Catering Surcharges

Dietary Requirements for Health Intolerances and Allergies only. 

Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and diabetic meals can be catered for.

All requests for health intolerance / allergy requirements must be included with the catering forms, due 4 weeks prior to arrival. We cannot guarantee unless we are notified within this time. 

No extra discount applied.

  • A dietary surcharge of $15 per day applies. This surcharge covers breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

POLICIES 

Deposit Policy

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure provisionally booked meeting rooms and accommodation. This must be paid within 28 days of the proposal date.
    • For all package bookings, the deposit will be calculated based on the standard booking rate. Any discounts will be applied to the final invoice.
  • The deposit is non-refundable once paid.
  • If the deposit is not paid within the required timeframe, the booking will be released, and the dates made available for other enquiries.

Booking Amendment Policy

  • Final Function Forms for group bookings will be sent out approximately eight weeks before the arrival date.
  • Final confirmation of guest numbers and catering requirements must be returned at least four weeks before the arrival date.
  • Changes to guest numbers may be made up to one week before the arrival date, subject to availability.
  • However, the final invoice will be based on at least the numbers and facilities confirmed four weeks before booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Postponing a booking more than 12 weeks before the arrival date allows the deposit to be used as credit for an alternative booking within one year of the original date.
  • If a booking is postponed or cancelled within 12 weeks of the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Cancellations or postponements within four weeks of the arrival date will require full payment for all booked accommodation, meeting rooms, and catering.

Catering Policy

  • To ensure the health and safety of all guests, NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.
  • Guests found consuming food brought from outside may be fined up to $100 to protect the safety of those with dietary requirements.

Damage Policy

  • The group is responsible for any damage beyond reasonable wear and tear. Costs for repairs or replacements will be invoiced accordingly.
