Catering Options and Dining Policies
At Vaughan Park, our chefs take pride in preparing wholesome, home-style meals for every guest, whether you’re here for a retreat, conference, or special event. All meals are served at set times in our communal dining room.
To ensure we serve fresh food and minimise waste, all meals are made to order and must be pre-ordered in advance. Please note, we are not an à la carte restaurant or an all-you-can-eat buffet.
To maintain food safety, freshness, and allergen control, we ask guests not to bring in outside food. This helps us uphold the highest standards of quality and safety for all.
If you have any dietary restrictions, please inform our team in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. There is a $15 surcharge per day for special dietary requirements.
Our meal offerings include:
- Breakfast: a choice between
- Continental Breakfast: A selection of fruit, muesli & cereals, natural yogurt with berry compote, croissants, bread & preserves.
- Cooked Breakfast (min 10 guests): Includes continental options along with grilled bacon, sausages, tomatoes or mushrooms, scrambled eggs, and hash browns.
- Morning Tea: Freshly baked items.
- Lunch: A savoury dish, homemade bread, salads, cheese, and crackers. Soup is served in winter time.
- Afternoon Tea: a choice between
- Biscuits: Freshly baked cookies
- Platter: Fruit and vegetable platter with dips.
- Pre-Dinner: Cheese and crackers.
- Dinner: A meat dish with seasonal vegetables, salad, homemade dessert, and fruit salad.
