The Centre comprises the main lodge, which includes two meeting rooms, an accommodation wing, a lounge, and a dining area. Additionally, there is the separate Margaret Vaughan Cottage meeting space, four separate accommodation houses—one with a smaller meeting area—the Ruatara Chapel, and several outdoor seating options, including an amphitheatre.

Our larger meeting room, accommodating up to 60 guests depending on setup style, offers stunning 180-degree views of lush gardens, the tree-filled reserve fringed by the white sands and blue waves of Long Bay Beach. John Priestley Meeting Room
Located downstairs in the main lodge, our smaller room accommodates up to 40 guests, depending on setup style. Enjoy panoramic views of our gardens and tranquil surroundings, making it an ideal space for strategy days and smaller meetings. This room is equipped with a ceiling-mounted data projector, whiteboard, and flip chart. With easy access to the outside courtyard, it is perfect for larger events in the summer months, allowing for a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor activities. Margaret Vaughan Cottage
Our informal meeting area comfortably seats 15 and features couches for relaxed conversations, tables with seating, and a multifunctional setup. This space is equipped with a data projector, TV, whiteboard, and flip chart, ensuring it meets all your meeting needs. Additionally, it has a kitchenette with tea and coffee available throughout the day. The bi-fold doors open onto the courtyard, offering beautiful views and allowing the space to be versatile for various purposes, from informal gatherings to formal meetings.
Clare House Meeting Room
Clare House Meeting Room, located at the bottom of the property, offers the ideal setting for smaller groups seeking privacy. With comfortable seating for 6-8 people, it provides access to a kitchenette with tea and coffee readily available. The bifold doors open onto the deck, offering beautiful views and the soothing sounds of the waves, creating a serene and productive environment for any meeting or small gathering.
