POLICIES
Deposit Policy
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure provisionally booked meeting rooms and accommodation.
- This deposit must be paid within seven (7) days of the deposit invoice being issued.
- The deposit is specifically allocated to the rooms and facilities originally booked and cannot be reallocated, transferred, or applied to other components of the booking (including catering, activities, or alternate dates).
- For package bookings, the deposit is calculated based on the standard booking rate, with any applicable discounts applied to the final invoice.
- If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe, the booking will be released and the dates made available to other enquiries.
Booking Amendment Policy
- Final Function Forms for group bookings will be issued approximately eight (8) weeks prior to arrival.
- Final confirmation of guest numbers, rooming, and catering requirements must be submitted no later than four (4) weeks prior to arrival.
- Changes to guest numbers may be requested up to one (1) week prior to arrival, subject to availability.
- The final invoice will be based on the minimum confirmed guest numbers, rooms, facilities, and catering requirements as at the four-week deadline.
- Any increases confirmed after this point will be charged in full, subject to availability, and added to the final invoice, regardless of later reductions.
Cancellation Policy
- If an entire booking is postponed more than twelve (12) weeks prior to arrival, the full deposit may be held as a credit for one future booking within twelve (12) months, subject to availability.
- If any rooms or facilities are cancelled, the deposit paid towards securing those specific spaces will be forfeited and is not transferable to other elements of the booking.
- For all cancellations or postponements:
- Within twelve (12) weeks of arrival: the deposit is forfeited
- Within four (4) weeks of arrival: full payment is required for all confirmed accommodation, meeting rooms, and catering
Catering Policy
- To ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all guests, NO OUTSIDE FOOD IS PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES.
- This policy helps protect guests with dietary requirements and prevents contamination risks and additional cleaning.
- Guests found consuming food brought from outside the Centre may incur an additional charge of up to $100.
Damage Policy
- Guests are responsible for any damage or excess cleaning required beyond normal wear and tear during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Spills or stains on carpets, furnishings, or soft furnishings, particularly in areas where food or drink is not permitted
- Misuse of rooms, outdoor spaces, or equipment resulting in damage
- Any circumstances requiring specialised or additional cleaning beyond standard housekeeping routines
- Where applicable, charges will be included in the final invoice.
- If an external contractor is required (e.g. professional carpet cleaning or repairs), costs will be invoiced separately once confirmed.
