Deposit Policy

  • Payment of a 50% non-refundable deposit for provisionally booked meeting room/s and accommodation is required, within 28 days of the date of the proposal, to secure the booking.
  • This deposit is non-refundable once paid.
  • Deposits not paid within this time frame will be removed from the booking system and opened for other enquiries. 

Booking Amendment Policy

  • Final Function Forms will be provided for all group bookings approx. eight weeks before the arrival date.
  • Final confirmation of people attending, and all catering requirements to be returned to us four weeks before arrival date.
  • Up to one week before the arrival date, and subject to availability, these numbers may increase.
  • However, the final invoice will be based on at least the numbers and facilities confirmed four weeks before booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the booking is postponed more than twelve weeks before the booked arrival, the deposit may be used as credit towards an alternative booking held within one year of the original date.
  • If the booking is postponed or cancelled within twelve weeks of arrival, the full deposit will be forfeited.
  • If the booking is postponed or cancelled within four weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid for all accommodation, meeting rooms and catering booked.

Catering Policy

  • To ensure the health and safety of all guests, NO FOOD IS TO BE BROUGHT ONTO PREMISES.
  • Any guests found eating food from outside may be fined up to $100. This is to ensure the safety of those with dietary requirements.


Damage Policy

  • Damage beyond reasonable fair wear and tear is the responsibility of the group and will be invoiced accordingly.
