The UN's Rio Earth Summit                            
Rod is an inspiring speaker, radio and TV broadcaster, and writer. He will discuss the UN's sustainability summit in Rio de Janeiro in June and its implications for us.

How to reduce energy costs and carbon emissions in your parish
Yvonne worked as a qualified architect and also holds qualifications in sustainable buildings and operations. She is currently advising four parishes in Auckland Diocese on energy savings in buildings and operations.
Yvonne will use case studies from these parishes to show where changes can be made to improve efficiency and sustainability.   She will introduce energy / operational audits that she is preparing as part of a web based resource on sustainability for ministry units. There will be plenty of opportunity to share your ideas and your local challenges.
